Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ)
The
PDQ’s provided on this web site are provided for several purposes.
You can use the PDQ as the starting point to update your current PDQ.
You can explore the duties of other positions and classes that you
may be interested in promoting to or a possible career change. Supervisors
can use these PDQs as the starting point in revising a PDQ for reallocation
to the next level within a class. The PDQ is the legal documentation
of a position’s job duties. These PDQs should be revised to match
the job duties performed by the employee.
You
should first save the PDQ forms locally (on your computer or to disk)
before writing to the form. To save the form, point at the link and
mouse right click. Select "Save Target As." You will be
prompted to identify a location and file name for the form.
