I-70 PROJECT OPEN HOUSE NEXT WEEK
SILVERTHORNE – The public is invited to a Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) open house regarding the upcoming paving of Interstate 70 in Summit County. It will be held on Monday, May 5, at the Silverthorne Town Hall, 601 Center Circle, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The project involves paving westbound I-70 from the Eisenhower Tunnel to Frisco. Representative from CDOT and the contractor will be on-hand to answer questions and gather input to minimize project impacts to residents and local businesses. Displays also will be available for viewing.
Construction is scheduled to begin in a few weeks and continue until fall.
