PUBLIC INVITED TO HIGHWAY 9 MEETING
SUMMIT COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is inviting citizens to an open house next week regarding the upcoming State Highway (SH) 9 widening project between Valley Brook Street and Swan Mountain Road.
It will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at Summit County High School, 16201 SH 9, from 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Representatives from CDOT and the consultant, PBS&J, will be available to address questions or concerns about the project, which will widen SH 9 to four lanes and construct a new bridge over the Blue River. Informational boards and plans detailing the improvements will be available.
