I-25 CLOSURES IN FOUNTAIN THIS WEEK
FOUNTAIN — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be closing Interstate 25 at the State Highway 16 Interchange for three nights this week for bridge construction.
Tonight, tomorrow night and Thursday night (June 24, 25 & 26), southbound I-25 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., with northbound I-25 closed from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane and then detoured around the closure via the exit and entrance ramps.
On Sunday night, June 29, the right lane of northbound I-25 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, June 30. Crews will be opening the temporary on-ramp and off-ramp to traffic, allowing the existing ramps to be removed.
Only minor delays are anticipated each night.
