Revisions to the Project Development Manual

Below are revisions to the 2001 Project Development Manual that have been made since it was issued in 2001.  The revisions are formatted so that they can be printed double-sided and inserted as replacement pages in your copy of the manual.  Unrevised pages that appear on the back side of the revised pages have been included in the files for ease of replacement.
