  • Disk Space: 15MB, 25MB required for installation. (Reduce hard drive requirements by 10 MB if Asphalt 98 is currently installed on your computer.)
  • Memory: 64MB

Install Procedures:

  1. Download the Microsoft Windows Installer (.MSI) file to a directory on your hard disk by clicking here: Download Asphalt 03
  2. Execute the .MSI file Asphalt 03.msi (Version 1.1 or higher of Microsoft Windows Installer required, administrative privileges required to install Asphalt 98).
  3. Accept the defaults.

Note: The install does not create any shortcuts on the users desktop, to create a shortcut on your desktop: Click on  Start menu--> CDOT Applications --> Asphalt 03 -->Asphalt 03,  right click and choose send to --> Desktop (create shortcut) to create your new shortcut on the desktop.

Version 3.0.2 release notes

Upgrade:  

The upgrade is due to a change in the M&S standards and is in the Cross Slope Transition form. The Transition "Vertical curve Maximum Length" default is now 75. If you have an old file with blanks in the "Transition Vertical curve Maximum Length" the blanks will be replaced with 50, the old default.

System Requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP for all modules to execute properly.   For systems that have DOS or earlier versions of Windows than Windows NT only the Bridge Geometry, Project Coordinates, Stick Figure, and Camber modules can be run.  For Windows 3.1 and earlier, Win32s must be installed.
  • Disk Space: 8MB maximum
  • Memory: 64MB (required)

Installation Instructions:

  1. Uninstall the old version of Bridge Geometry (Start => Settings => Control Panel => Add/Remove Programs).
  2. Download the installation file to a directory on your hard disk by clicking here: Download Bridge Geometry
  3. Execute the installation file BrGeom.MSI.
  4. Click the "Next" button when the "Bridge Geometry Installation Wizard" window appears.
  5. Click on the "Next" button when the "Ready To Install the Application" window appears.
  6. Click on the "Finish" button when the "Bridge Geometry Has Been Successfully Installed" window appears.

Upgrades / Bug Fixes in Version 2.0.6

  • If the point numbers in the Tie / Tie command were greater than 32767 then the resulting point was wrong. This was fixed.
  • The copy point command did not allow a point ID to be entered as documented in the manual. This was fixed.
  • The Parcel command was not reporting errors properly.  This was fixed.
  • In the curve data table output to AutoCAD, there may  have been rounding errors in the decimal seconds for angular values. This was fixed.
  • In Windows XP and AutoCAD 2004 some computers experienced errors in using COGO in AutoCAD. This was fixed.
  • If the Help => About was clicked while running COGO in AutoCAD2004, the COGO window would appear. If the COGO window was closed, COGO would not work in AutoCAD anymore.  This was fixed.

  • Disk Space: 20MB maximum
  • Memory: 256MB (recommended)

  • Internet Explorer 6 for AutoCAD 2004

Installation Instructions: (Administrative privileges may be required)

  1. Download the install file to a directory on your hard disk by clicking on the download link: Download COGO for AutoCAD 2004
  2. Double click on the CdotCOGO206.msi .  If COGO is installed, select the remove option and double click on the CdotCOGO206.msi again.
  3. Click the "Next" button when the "Colorado DOT COGO Installation Wizard" window appears
  4. Click on the "Next" button when the "User Information" window appears
  5. Click on the "Next" button when the "Ready To Install the Application" window appears
  6. Click on the "Finish" button when the "Colorado DOT COGO 2.0.6 Has Been Successfully Installed" window appears.
  7. Setup COGO in AutoCAD per the instructions in the COGOManual.pdf

CDOT Work Zone - User Cost program

Install Procedures:

1- Download the zip file WorkZone.Zip and save it to your PC.

2- Unzip the WorkZone.zip.

3- Run the setup.exe

To Run the program after install:

Click on: Programs--> WorkZone-RUC -->WorkZone-RUC .

To determine if you have Service Pack 3 installed, go to Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Windows NT Diagnostics. Select the Version tab for the Service Pack version.
  • Disk Space: 2MB maximum
  • Memory: 32MB (recommended)
