CDOT Bidders Loop LogoThe CDOT Bidders Loop (The Loop) is a free service designed to communicate valuable and time-sensitive information electronically to firms actively seeking work on CDOT's highway construction and engineering projects.

If your company would like to "Get In The Loop," you can register today by completing CDOT's confidential online survey form below. All information you submit is solely for CDOT's internal use and will remain strictly confidential.

When you join The Loop you register to receive important tailored "Bidders Loop Blast" communications that CDOT sends to one or more of the 3 Loop Lists (see table below):

Besides providing firms with a valuable and efficient communication service, The Loop will also enable CDOT to more accurately sample the capacity and availability of bidders on construction and design contracts.

Furthermore, the information provided by each firm as part of The Loop registration process will facilitate greater accuracy in setting CDOT's annual overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals.**

** To comply with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26.11, the CDOT Bidders Loop (The Loop) will function as the federally required "bidders list" to provide CDOT as accurate data as possible about the universe of DBE and non-DBE firms actively seeking work on its' highway construction and design contracts, for use in setting overall DBE goals.
