Highway Administration FHWA carries out federal highway programs in partnership with state and local agencies to meet the nation's transportation needs. FHWA adds value to the delivery of the federal highway programs by administering and overseeing these programs to ensure that federal funds are used efficiently. Department of Transportation In keeping with its new slogan, TAKING CARE TO GET YOU THERE, CDOT is dedicated to providing safe and efficient transportation infrastructure for everyone in Colorado. CDOT is the agency conducting the Northwest Corridor EIS. FHU is the lead consultant conducting the Northwest Corridor EIS for CDOT and FHWA, and is responsible for managing transportation planning and engineering support for the study. C & B, Inc., is responsible for assisting and advising the management of the NEPA process, travel demand forecasting and providing engineering support for the study. WSA will study Northwest Corridor alternatives that involve value added pricing, toll evaluation and High Occupancy/Toll (HOT) lanes. PRACO Public Relations Advertising Co.
