Consultants
must fill out these forms and return them to Help
Desk in order to begin the process of building a
consultant account. The SiteManager unit will then
notify the users when the accounts have been completely
built.
Consultants
and CDOT employees must fill out these forms and send to the Help
Desk with the CDOT Employee Interchange Account Request Form. In order
for a consultant and/or CDOT employee to get a SiteManager account,
you must attend training and submit the SiteManager Access Agreement.
