Future Construction Projects
US 285 at Deer Creek: The Deer Creek project is currently funded for the Design phase only. We anticipate the funding for construction of an overpass to eliminate the signal will be in Fiscal Year 2008 with Advertisement of the project in the Fall of 2007. Approximate completion of the project is the Fall of 2008.
US 285 at Shaffer's Crossing: The Shaffer's Crossing project is currently funded for the Design phase and Right of Way acquisition only. Construction funds are anticipated to be funded in Fiscal Year 2009 for the interchange only at Elk Creek Road which will be approximately $5M. It is likely the Advertisement date will be the Fall of 2008, with approximate completion of the project in the Fall of 2009.
