Ramp closure begins next week
CASTLE ROCK – The ramp from Plum Creek Parkway to southbound Interstate 25 will be closed for approximately two months, beginning on Monday, August 4, for reconstruction.
While the ramp is closed, drivers will need to use one of the following to access southbound I-25:
West I-25 Frontage Road – south seven miles from Plum Creek Parkway to Tomah Road Interchange
The estimated reopening date for the new ramp is September 30, 2008.
Reconstruction of the ramp is part of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s I-25/Plum Creek Parkway Interchange reconstruction project. It also includes widening northbound and southbound I-25 from two to three lanes between 5th Street and Douglas Lane.
