Ramp closure now rescheduled for Tuesday
CASTLE ROCK – The planned ramp closure from Plum Creek Parkway to southbound Interstate 25 now has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 12, for equipment mobilization. It was scheduled to close today for reconstruction (August 6). The closure continues for approximately two months.
While the ramp is closed, drivers will need to use one of the following to access southbound I-25:
The estimated reopening date for the new ramp is September 30, 2008.
Reconstruction of the ramp is part of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s I-25/Plum Creek Parkway Interchange reconstruction project. It also includes widening northbound and southbound I-25 from two to three lanes between 5th Street and Douglas Lane.
