HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORK NEAR LAMAR
PROWERS COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be cleaning ditches along State Highway 196 and U.S. 385 next week.
Monday, August 25, through Friday, August 29, flaggers will be alternating one lane of traffic at various locations from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. along:
SH 196, between U.S. 50, north of Lamar, and U.S. 385 (mile 18 – 34) then…
U.S. 385, just south of Bristol (mile 97 – 98)
The speed limit will be reduced through the work zones. Delays will be minimal, less than five minutes. Motorists are reminded to please Slow for the Cone Zone, stay alert and pay attention to and obey all work zone/advisory signs and flaggers.
