We value and respect your privacy. We will never sell your personal information to any other individual or organization. Be advised, however, that all information you provide becomes part of the public record, and therefore becomes subject to the law under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Colorado Open Records Act (CORA).

The contact form on our Web site is designed solely for the collection of information on parties interested in participating in the Environmental Impact Statement process. In most cases, the majority of the fields are optional. For example, a visitor may submit only their e-mail address and be added to the distribution list of valuable information on the status/progress of the EIS. While we appreciate having as much information as possible, we recognize the sensitivities many people have to submitting the full spectrum of information.

We use domain name and Internet address information only to generate statistics and reports about site traffic and browsing patterns. It is not possible for us to gather personal information from domain name or Internet address information.
