   Step Three of Phase II
Powers Blvd./Woodmen Rd. Interchange Project

Phase II of construction commenced in November 2007 and consisted of five steps. Step three is shown below. Phase II was completed ahead of schedule early June 2008.

Step Three - Completed
 Shift southbound Powers traffic to new southbound alignment (over bridge). Open all southbound ramps A, B, and C.
