Public Involvement Plan

Public outreach is an essential phase of this Study. The project team recognizes that public involvement is critical to the eventual implementation of any Project elements proposed during this process.In addition, the team realizes that consensus building depends on clear communication and outreach.

Gathering feedback is an essential component to any successful public outreach efforts. To that end, comment cards will be distributed and collected during each public meeting, and will be summarized and kept as a record of dialogue with the public and incorporated into a detailed Public Meeting Summary.
