  • Overweight Divisible Permits - Available Fall 2008
    "Beginning October 2008 CDOT will begin issuing Divisible Load permits. These new permits were authorized under House Bill 08-1257 with some very specific limitations. The divisible load permits may only be used on non-interstate roads, are limited to 110,000 GVW and utilize proper axle weights and spacings as set by CDOT, and the vehicle must have a quad axle grouping. CDOT is currently doing computer programming to be able to issue the new permit in the fall." Click here to view the legislation.
